Refunds Policy.
Refunds are honored ONLY under special circumstances and at the director's evaluation. Registration fees are NOT refundable.
Tuition is charged in full per session per student normally about two weeks prior to the start of a course. Each class requires 5 students minimum to be activated. Therefore, each student is essential to the make up of a class. There will be full refunds, only, if the student cancels within a week of registration, thereby allowing more students to create a class. After classes begin, 65% of tuition can be refundable if by a valid reason that the student cannot attend, even if the class fills up. Supplies fees are not refundable.
Summer Camps are not refundable, unless a cancellation is submitted, in writing, 30 days prior to the camp's starting date. 50% can be refunded two weeks prior to the camp's starting date if a reasonalbe excuse is submitted. After that there will be no refunds for any reason. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within the allowable time period. Any refund will be up to the administration's judgement and evaluation of the request.
The Art House offers courses for small numbers of students at a time. (MAX. 10) This is why our classes are special and sought after. We enforce these rules respecting the groups rights.
